CANCELED PERFORMANCES
All performances of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella scheduled for Thursday, August 4 through Sunday, August 7, have been canceled due to breakthrough COVID-19 cases within the company.
Dear Patron and Friend of SSMT,

We regret to inform you that the remainder of this weekend's performances of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella have been canceled due to breakthrough COVID-19 cases within the company. This includes all matinee and evening performances previously scheduled for August 4–7. We are truly saddened that we cannot share this magical show with audiences who have already purchased tickets, but our highest priority is always the health and safety of every cast, crew and audience member that make SSMT possible. Unfortunately, because so many of our summer company members have previously scheduled commitments already lined up, we are unable to postpone or reschedule these performances for a later date.

All tickets will be fully refunded to the credit card used to purchase the ticket. Cash and check payments will be refunded via check mailed to the patron address on file, and may take up to 30 days.

We apologize for the disappointment and any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your continued support and understanding – and we hope to see you next summer!

REFUND PROCESS
The Shenandoah Conservatory Box Office will automatically issue refunds to patrons holding tickets for this performance as soon as possible. Tickets purchased via credit card will be refunded to the card of purchase. If the card of purchase is expired, the refund will be issued via check. Tickets purchased via check or cash payment will receive a check reimbursement sent to the address on record and may take up to one month for processing. We are doing everything we can to expedite refunds as quickly as possible given the fluid nature of this situation and the limitations on our staff and operations. We appreciate your patience.
SUPPORT SSMT
Like many arts organizations, COVID-19 continues to have a devastating impact on SSMT's ability to generate income. Ticket revenues, processing fees and point-of-sale contributions have always been critical to supporting our performance operations, but when performances are canceled, these income streams become severely limited. Now more than ever, we need your support! Thank you for considering an additional tax deductible gift to support our ongoing mission.
BOX OFFICE CONTACT INFORMATION
The Shenandoah Conservatory Box Office is currently open from 12PM to 5PM Tuesday through Saturday for in-person services as well as telephone and email communications. If you have any questions, please call the Box Office at (540) 665-4569 or email boxoffice@su.edu during regular business hours. At this time, the Box Office is minimally staffed and we appreciate your patience as we work diligently to help all patrons who need assistance. We will return all phone messages and email requests in the order in which they were received. Thank you for your continued support!
